Friday, January 31st was our 100th day of school! We celebrated in our room by having 100th day stations for math including: 100 pennies activities, 100 cup stack, 100 Lego build, tallying 100 dice rolls, and Race to 100! We had a lot of fun being 100 days smarter!

We got a few packets of "Rainbow Crystals" from one of Ms. Cose's students this week. We put the crystals in water and watched them absorb the water and expand into a sort of jelly-like state. Then, we mixed food coloring into the crystals and planted seeds in each bucket. The seeds are supposed to grow in the crystals. We thought it was quite a cool experiment to try and hope we can share positive results with you soon!
